TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Booking and Confirmation:

By making a booking with Bosworth Accommodation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

  1. Payment:

Full payment or a deposit as specified during the booking process is required to secure your reservation. Payment can be made via the accepted payment methods detailed on our website. Bank transfer is usually required for deposits and initial payment.

One week’s deposit is required to secure a booking. With the remaining four weeks balance due on arrival.

If the booking is created less than two weeks in advance to arrival date full payment of the first four weeks will be require.

Long term bookings: Payments are due four weeks in advance.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds:

We require a minimum of four weeks’ notice for a change of date or cancellation.

  1. Occupancy

The maximum occupancy stated must not be exceeded unless accepted by Bosworth Accommodation.

Additional guests not listed in the original booking must be informed to us prior to their arrival.

  1. Arrival and departure time

Arrival time is from 2PM onwards.

Departure time is by 10.30AM on the date of departure.

  1. Cleaning and Maintenance:

A weekly clean with change of bed linen and towels is provided each week.

  1. Behaviour and Disturbance

No antisocial behaviour.

Excessive noise or disturbance to other guests is not tolerated.

  1. Smoking

No smoking inside the accommodation.

  1. Damage

Damage and breakages are chargeable.

  1. Pets

No pets or animals allowed into the lodges, except for specific dog friendly lodges.
